It looks like a "cucaracha" but searching the internet, it looks like a prionus californicus.
Commentary
Dear Delia, unfortunately I don't see any images of your "cucaracha". Oregon does have cockroaches, but you might be on the correct path with Prionus californicus. It is a longhorned beetle of the family Cerambycidae. It is a native beetle and not harmful to us. Its larvae feed on firs that may be weakened or sick. Sometimes, insects can get attracted by lights and that is how you find them close to your house or sometimes they make it inside, but they are harmless. Thank you, Helmuth Rogg

Dear Delia, definitely Prionus. Looks like a male with serrated antenna. Cheers, Helmuth

Location
This morning July 28, 2020, I found three specimens like this in front of my house, 3270 Roaming Horse Ln SE, Turner, OR. There are lots of big trees nearby. We have small christmas trees. There is a creek in our property. I searched the internet and it looks like a prionus californicus. We have lived here for four years and I have never seen one of these before.
Thank you, Helmuth Rogg
