Location

One adult nutria was seen eating grass in front yard. This is adjacent to steep forested slope, leading down to a wetland, and river, as shown on map. Neighbor has two large "native" style ponds, the larger pond has approx 50 percent infill of reeds and grasses, and is about 250 square feet in size. Neither pond is used for human recreation. That property is currently a rental and has minimal yard maintenance. It is approx 5 acres of mostly native forest setting. When zoomed in on the map, the pin is accurate.
