Description of specimen

8-10feet tall, 2inch diameter at base. Heart shaped leaf scar. There are no leaves yet, but bark texture seems consistent with tree of heaven. We are in an unincorporated area of clackamas county. I am hoping there is some code against keeping this plant in one’s yard considering how very invasive it is.
