Description of specimen

This is stupid!! It's along both sides of the highway off and on from Lincoln City to Newport.

Commentary

There is no source of funding for scotch broom control in Lincoln county other than general rights-of-way vegetation maintenance. ODOT has been treating the broom in the area you refer to. Also there is biocontrol active in our area for this invasive pest.
