Location

I live in the Clairmont Mobile Home Park and my neighbors to the west of me have an entire yard full of extremely invasive blackberry vines; vines; vines that reach 8-12 feet high, crawl under and through the fence and invade my yard to the point that I cannot even maintain the flowers I planted along the fence line. The managers of the park only require these neighbors to cut the vines back once a year, generally in July. This, of course does nothing to stop them from spreading by their underground roots into my yard. I NEED HELP WITH THIS! I'm 74 years old, this is my last flower garden and at this point, I'm ready to kill off EVERYTHING I spent a small fortune planting, because I cannot keep the blackberries from invading my property. The management in the park claim that they have "no right to dictate what type of plants someone choses to grow in their yard." In other words, they are refusing to deal with the issue and are dumping the whole problem of dealing with an invasive plant species in my lap. Isn't there a law that will require the management to stop the spread of vines into my yard? It's really out of hand... Thank you, Kathleen Kelly
