Description of specimen

I am very familiar with tansy ragwort as I have livestock and have to dig it up from their field every year so they are not POISONED . yes I know it: yellow flowers plant about 20-40 inches in bloom now and I hope to God it does not go to seed. Growing at the roadside all over Dixon mill road also poison oak that persists year after year in the roadside and yes I know it I have lived in Oregon for 73 years as child I grew up in southern oregon on a farm and had poison oak every year playing outside
