Description of specimen

I am almost positive it is puncturevine. Perfect match on leave, flower, and fruit. The red pin placement is on the thickest infestation, but the species exists in the R-O-W on both sides of Rebecca Avenue (in smaller amounts). A tape measure indicating 8 feet is depicted in one of the attached photos. There are three areas of significant matting of puncturevine.
