Description of specimen

A tree of Heaven about 3 ft tall is growing by the fire hydrant next to Domino's. It has the characteristic branches and leaves with notches

Location

Corner of May St and Mollala Ave in Oregon City by Domino's, it is growing next to the fire hydrant.
There is also another Tree of Heaven growing on the same stretch of sidewalk north.
