Description of specimen

It appears to be a patch about 25' x 25'. I found it several weeks ago when it was flowering.

Thank you for submitting your report. We are watching this species closely, as it is beginning to spread into natural areas. This species is currently not listed as a noxious weed but we may eradicate it from natural areas as time and resources are available.
