Description of specimen

Large tree-of-heaven plants in a neighboring backyard, growing tall enough to be over fence lines. The trees are causing seedlings to sprout in neighboring yards, and in our home’s siding.
The plant itself is green with reds on leaves. Leaves are slender and grow uniformly. Has a very unpleasant odor.
