Description of specimen

Tansy is spreading everywhere even in our residential neighborhoods and business lots as well as along the roadsides and fields.
It is easily seen, both rosettes and full plants, in Big Meadow residential neighbors' yards when we go for a walk. Is there no help to curb this as it gets worse every year. People either do not recognize it or they do not understand how to get rid of it properly. It is also impossible to remove it safely from much of the roadway areas for knowledgeable citizens who would like to help.

Whatever Cinnabar caterpillars are out there are apparently not enough to keep it in check. We need help! Oregon is becoming overrun with this from here to the coast, and Washington is getting more of it as well. Thank you..
