Description of specimen

I spotted this new growth recently, seen from my front porch. I went I to the field to get a closer look as it was new to me and I was curious. Thought the white flowers were pretty. My plan app said Japanese Knotweed. I got a second opinion and posted pics in an Oregon flora and fauna group and everyone agreed it looks like Japanese Knotweed.
