Description of specimen

Last fall/winter I saw 6ft. tall dried plants and suspected it was Poison Hemlock but the stalks were pale cream and dried out so I wasn't sure. This spring in the same spot I see the fresh green and purple stems of the same plant in the same spots and suspect it may be Poison Hemlock and am concerned because of the many children who play at the park and adjacent woods and may touch the plants.
