The image is a pretty good description, reporting because it is right on the main path to the canoe launch.

Commentary

Thanks for the report, I think your ID is correct. Poison hemlock seems to be more prevalent over the past 2 years. I will notify Luckiamute Watershed Council and State Park Staff about the hemlock on the trail. There aren't always resources to treat this plant, but the one you report is in a high traffic area, so hopefully something can be done. Michael Ahr
