Description of specimen

The trunk is about 5 ft diameter, it has a very large canopy that covers much of my yard and driveway. Arborist have said they have never seen a specimen so large.
The same with Audubon certification people.

It's my property!
I have a massive Tree of Heaven and am wondering if there is any financial assistance to get it removed? It's been quoted between 4500-6500 for removal and a whole weekend.
