Also, the phone number 1-866-INVADER has too many numbers in it so when I tried to call it, it wouldn't work. Other suggestions like taking a picture are inconvenient if you don't have a camera, but I know this is a nutria.

Location

Milwaukie LIbrary pond or lake has a giant nutria that children were feeding bread to during week of April 21-25.
