Description of specimen

There is tansy ragwort growing in the ditches along 282nd that needs to be sprayed soon before flowering and spreading. There are lots of hay farms and livestock that it will impact on this road if it flowers and continues to spread. Thank you for your prompt response to the noxious weed.
