Originally reported as Asian Longhorned Beetle (Anoplophora glabripennis)

Description of specimen
This beetle stumbled around our campsite for a couple of days. We never thought much of it until we looked it up after we came home to Albany. We looked them up on OSU Extension Service website.
This is not Asian longhorned beetle, but our closest native look-alike, the white-spotted sawyer, Monochamus scutellatus. These beetles are not tree killers.
