Originally reported as Emerald Ash Borer (Agrilus planipennis)

Description of specimen

It was about an inch long
Emerald Green and almost copper
when it flew off, the abdomen was red

I viewed the 'Imposter' list and the only
other beetle it could have been is the
Metallic Wood Boring Beetle (Bupretsis)
