Description of specimen

Green wings/body. About an inch or less in length and holes in our ash tree.

You are close enough to the known infestation in Washington Co to be concerned. Please submit more images of the damage to your tree.

Location

Saw one in my garden. My ash tree has been losing leaves for about a month now and appears to be dying.
