Description of specimen

I'm certain that it was a Eurasian Collared Dove, as it had the characteristic black ring around the neck. It looked to be a relatively large specimen.

Location

It was in a tree in front of one of the homes in the neighborhood that I live in. Just past the intersection of Oregon 213 and Fern Bluff Dr.
