Description of specimen

Several plants in the tens possibly hundreds that vary from knee height to 8ft. Apiaceae family plant. Dark glossy deeply lobed leaves. Completely hairless. Smooth, hollow, round stems and leaf-stems. Red-purple blotching on stem of most specimens

Commentary

Thank you for the report! It appears to be Poison hemlock. It's a "B" listed weed on the ODA Noxious Weed Policy list. Not Native to North America. There has been a biological control released by ODA as well. See link below,
