Location

east side of Main Street, between Cottage and Claxtor Street in north plains, or.. one large patch near stop sign at corner of cottage and Main st. , then several more same side of street going south towards Claxtor Street. all a few feet from pavement along side of road. I reported these before, but they have came back.
