Description of specimen

Tons of knotweed sprouts coming up on the shore of the Nehalem river after disturbance from the recent heavy rains. Lots of tall dead knotweed around too.

Commentary

Thank you very much for this invasive weed report! Nehalem River has been infested with Knotweed from county line to the bay for a long time. TCSWCD is working north to get Knotweed under control.
That specific site is possibly part of Oregon Department Forestry or private timber company. Reach out to ODF for land ownership.
