Seedlings and saplings growing throughout my leeks.

Location

I believe I have a batch of young tree of heaven sprouting in my veggie garden. I think I got a bad batch of wood chips. Plants are young, but some are starting to grow 2-3 ft tall

It is along my fence, near wood shed and rain water collection
