Description of specimen

We have been able to identify this weed as Tragoppgon pratensis - Goat’s Beard. I cannot find this specific genus/species on Oregon’s list. We have been removing the seed heads. It was found in our field in great numbers and appears to displace other plants. Some information does list this plant as toxic.

Most importantly, is this toxic to cattle. We need to determine before the hay is harvested. Thank you
