Description of specimen

I understand this can be cow parsnip or giant hogweed, would like to know what I'm dealing with.

Area was previously cleared for recreation and now covered in creeping buttercup, Robert's geranium and last year, tansy. Tgis plant is mingled among natives. What I found is only about knee high.
