Description of specimen

I see potential signs of Emerald Ash Borer on this Fraxinus angustifolia - namely bark is chipped away and there are potentially s-shaped insect galleries underneath. See photos. I've been trained by OSU to recognized signs and symptoms of EAB. The canopy of the tree otherwise looks healthy, but I felt it was safer to report than to not report.

Commentary

Thank you for your report! That does not look like EAB damage. EAB galleries are S-shaped.
