Description of specimen

Appears to be same as described from hotline plant details. Very tall plants border the road on both sides. Have been there 4+ years, uncontrolled.

Commentary

Is it up to the homeowners to perform weed control on county roadsides or should we call the county? I don't know how the system works. Thank you.
