Description of specimen

A long horned beetle possible citrus or Asian on top of a tree

Commentary

Thank you for your report! This is not ALB. It's our native Banded Alder Borer, Rosalia funebris. Their grubs live in dead or dying branches of alder and some other hardwoods. They are not tree killers.
