Commentary
Thank you for your report! This time of year webs in trees are more than likely Fall Webworm, Hyphantria cunea. It is a native moth, and although the webs are unsightly, the caterpillars rarely completely defoliate trees. No action is necessary. Thanks for being on the lookout!
