Description of specimen

Long strands w/ multiple feather or tassel like leaves
arranged in whorls of 2-4 around the stem; approx. every inches on the stem.

Commentary

Are there people that can address this problem right away and help with elimination?

Hi Darlene,

Thanks so much for reporting this problem to the on-line hotline. It looks like you have Eurasian watermilfoil. I will need a specimen to know for sure, and I will arrange to pick on up from you. I will forward your report to the City of Eugene to see if they can help determine who is responsible for that site.
