Description of specimen

The middle sister oak has experienced significant crown dieback. Exit holes and frass were observed by City and State staff as well as the City's contracted arborist. Arborist's photos and observations are attached.

Commentary

As of 9/26/23 middle tree has old storm damage and has evidence of MOB. No MOB evidence in other two trees.
