Description of specimen

I sent a picture to Toby at Tualatin invasive spieces Dept and he identified the tree of heaven in my neighbor's yard.

Location

My neighbors backyard in the Tualatin Village Condominiums. The backyard of my neighbor has the tree of heaven growing in it and it has expanded greatly in the last 2 years. The back yard is not taken care of and I am not sure what other invasive things could be back there.
Please don't let the neighbor know who is sending in this. I am not sure what the neighbor would do to myself or my property.
