It’s a green bug.
Commentary
Thank you for your report! This is not EAB. It's a native member of the beetle family Trogossitidae ("Bark-gnawing beetles") in the genus Temnoscheila. These beetles are not so bullet-shaped as adult EAB. They are not tree killers or otherwise pests.
