Description of specimen

I may have reported this earlier this year, but I stopped to take some photos on 10/24 and figured I would send them in. The stand of Ash has been dying all summer. The holes do not appear to be D shaped, but I wanted to get a professional's opinion. See attached photos.

Thank you for your report! I agree that those holes are not D-shaped, and it does not look like EAB damage.
