Hi, Winnie. Thanks for your email. Horsetail is not a species we've focused on for early detection. It is so common that any management would require far more resources than we currently have available. Perhaps there will be a day when we can tackle this one. Meanwhile, thanks for keeping an eye open and for reporting what's out there.
