Description of specimen
I found something maybe this is called a predatory pine moth (PPM)? It is on about 4 branch toward the top of the tree.
Commentary
Thank you for your report! This is a native species, the silver spotted tiger moth, Lophocampa argentata. They may defoliate branches but generally trees can recover. If the tree is a valuable one, damaged branches with caterpillars can be cut and destroyed.

Location
This suspected predatory pine moth is on a pine tree/shrub at the public access on nw 13th next to the house at 150 nw 13th cross street miller.
