This shurb is on my property and I don't know the best way to deal with it. Is it something that you can take care of give me advice on what to do with it?

Hi, Michael. We've had good luck with digging, and since the berries are well-advanced, that would be your best bet for now. Dug-up plants, and particularly the berries, should go in the trash not yard debris or compost. We're a little out of treatment season, so I can't guarantee we'd get to it this summer, but we'll make a note in the database, so we can talk again on a regular basis. Thanks very much for your report.
