Submitter does not have a specimen

Description of specimen

Lots and lots of shining geranium from the trail head at this location going back and down into the creek

Commentary

Hi Luci! Thanks for the report. Unfortunately, shining geranium is one of those species that is quite widespread in the county. The park is managed by the city of Hillsboro and I'll let them know about the infestation but they might not have the resources to deal with it. One thing you can do is keep your shoes clean so you aren't tracking the seeds to new locations.
