Commentary
Thank you for your report! These beetles often appear in homes emerging from firewood, sometimes wood that has been inside for months. They don't attack healthy trees (their grubs prefer dead branches). They don't lay eggs on finished wood either, and they won't damage your house. No need for an exterminator.

Location
Found in my home, 3-4 of them now. Fruit trees, hazelnut orchard, aspen trees, maple trees, etc.
