Description of specimen

My ash tree has tiny bore holes at the base. I saw a shiny emerald bug while working nearby.

Location

I have an ash tree on my property that has a series of tiny holes at the base. Today I saw a tiny, shiny, emerald green bug while working near the tree. I live at 1921 McKinley St in Eugene, OR.
