Description of specimen

2 patches were found with multiple plants and a number of other individual plants were found along the ditches on both sides of the road. One patch furthest uphill along the road appears to be the source. The plants had formed siliques, but the seeds were not yet mature. First year rosettes were found in patches and along the ditch. Plants were pulled, bagged, and disposed of.
