Location

I have been reporting the japanese knotweed along Deep Creek in Big Valley Woods for 5 years. It is all along the creek now. I hear neighbors weed whacking it all the time. It is all along Deep Creek the length of Big Valley Woods.
Management thinks they're not allowed to do anything because it is next to the creek.
