Description of specimen

I looks like its in a bit of a drainage and unfortunately the utility company recently hacked it down but I don't think they removed the trimmings.

This is a tricky weed to manage. Consider reaching out to your local Soil & Water Conservation District for technical advice.

Location

The location of the red marker is a guess.
Japanese Knotweed is next to the 3222 mailbox on Riverbanks Rd. It is standing right over the mile marker 19 post.
