Hi Lucas,
Thanks for submitting this report! This sounds like a population that needs to be controlled ASAP before it goes to seed. I will be sure ODA is aware of this particular report. Do you know who else is taking the lead for garlic mustard control in that area so we can notify them and begin to coordinate a response?

Greenbluff Drive (West Linn/Lake Oswego). Take Glenmorrie south (up the hill, away from the Willamette) from highway 43 in West Linn. Once the houses end and Glenmorrie becomes Greenbluff there is garlic mustard thick on both sides of the road. It is out of the right of way on both sides and really starting to move down the slopes on the downhill sides of the road.
