Fish mint on Jul 9, 2024

Description of specimen

6 to 8 years ago I purchased a 'ground cover' from the Portland Nursery. It is called a chameleon plant or fish mint. I have since learned that it is highly invasive and I've been trying to kill it for the last 4 years and it still won't die. It kills other plants in the same bed also.

I have seen this plant for sale at other nurseries this summer (Al's has had it) and I talked to an employee there who said I should contact the state of Oregon.
