Description of specimen

There is a pasture that is located between 35451 and 35469 but according to county records is part of 35469 S Sawtell Rd. It has a cow and 2 horses in it but is completely overgrown with blackberries, tansy, daisies and thistles. I drive by there daily and see the water trough is empty all the time so I believe the animals have been abandoned. Someone needs to remove the livestock and kill the invasive weeds that are out of control before they seed the pasture next door and across the street. There is also a well house in that same pasture and according to Oregon law livestock is to be kept a minimum of 100 feet from a well if the ground is flat. This pasture in on a hill with the well being at the bottom.
