Description of specimen

Along "Old Parker Road" walking path there is a stream that runs into Tanner Creek. I've reported Tansy Ragwort in this area in the past, and this year it seems to have exploded. There is a huge patch of it near where I marked on the map, and there are sporadic plants along the path as well as up the nature trail to the Hoodview townhome neighborhood. Last time I reported, in 2022, I was told the area is owned by the City of West Linn. The area is occasionally mowed, but otherwise it is not maintained, and is full of invasive plants.
