Description of specimen

My neighbor has a large ToH on their side of the fence between our homes. It is sending up shoots into our property which we try to treat, but it's been a losing battle. They also have at least one ToH volunteer in the backyard. I've attached photos of the trees and the shoots that come up under our deck.

Location

A large ToH on the property of 1053 Hallinan St. It's between 1043 and 1053, on 1053's property. There is also at least one more, smaller ToH in the backyard of 1053 Hallinan St.
